Kristin will take you on a culinary journey from Athens to Alexandria, through Greece and the Middle East to North Africa. Recipes have been selected for ease of preparation: most dishes can be prepared beforehand so you’re not stuck in the kitchen when your guests arrive. This is tasty food for busy families and perfect for picnics and parties. Ingredients will be provided for the first night only. Bring a tea towel and apron and favourite knife. Limit 20.
