Prerequisites: None Do you enjoy a glass of wine? You have some knowledge but
feel ready to come to a course which will ensure you have
guidance in knowing the grape varieties, flavour descriptors,
food and wine matching ideas and how the judges approach
their work. Four hours with Ian, a professional wine educator,
will ensure that you understand your own wine appreciation
ability and can confidently describe the varietal differences.
Train your palate then taste and discuss 8 very good varietal
wines. Notes are included. Have a good lunch before you
arrive. You must be 18 or over and prepared to taste wine
