Prerequisites: None Pilate's is based on the idea that correct posture and muscle tone are essential for wellbeing. Improve posture and body tone and develop a strong back for body support. You will be taken through a variety of floor exercises using the abdomen as the power centre. These exercises will improve the core trunk and stability. If you have pre-existing back or neck problems or medical conditions, consult your doctor before enrolling.
