Tai Chi is a gentle flowing exercise used to build strength through softness. It is great as a daily exercise to relax and energise. We will learn some physical postures, practice some natural breathing exercises, and explore the benefits of Tai Chi as a moving meditation. Wear loose comfortable clothes and flat shoes.
