Keeping fit is the new black, and with spiraling rates of obesity, heart disease and diabetes in Australia, it's about time too. But for people with hectic lives, juggling work, kids and partner, it can be hard to make the time to go for that run around the block or make yourself go to a gym for a good session.

Doing a fitness course is a great way to secure a regular spot in your week that's dedicated to help you shed the kilos, put on some muscle or simply feel a bit less like a beached whale and more like a dolphin. Whether it's yoga, kickboxing, running or rowing, it doesn't really matter - doing it on a regular basis is what really counts.
